Our only lady Ambassador is a huge TV personality in Ghana. For nearly ten years she has been a constant feature in bringing to her audience captivating news stories which she expertly delivers with her own touch of class of making news less ‘stiffer’ than what we have been used to traditionally.

She is an award winning news anchor and broadcast journalist and works for TV3, an Accra based Television station.

This lady was carefully chosen based on her huge love for children and a passion to make a difference in the society. Over the years, she has brought to the forefront of public discussion, news stories which mostly center on the plight of children and the need for the society to do a lot more in training our children to take over as future leaders.

The one virtue that moved us to run to her with our proposal to have her on board as a Goodwill Ambassador was the unique way she has over the years chosen to celebrate her birthday.

She moves from one Children’s home to another every year to celebrate her birthday with less privileged and mostly orphaned children as her way of showing care and love for the needy in the society. For her, service to man is simply service to God, a line from Mahatma Ghandi she loves to recite without hesitation.

Our lady, derives her passion to help others mostly from her own upbringing and humble beginnings.

Having pursued a degree in Banking and Finance from GIMPA, one would have thought she would join the corporate world to make loads of money but rather she believes that her God given mission is exactly what she is happily pursuing at TV3.

In settling for a lady who believes in getting the job done and done well; one whose intense passion to help the underprivileged is simply a marvel to watch and one whose love for soccer in general and Manchester United in particular borders on the fanatical, we at Mandela Soccer Academy could find no other than Nana ABA ANAMOAH as a Goodwill Ambassador.
